اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي

1. The Basics

This is a binding legal agreement between you (the user/licensee) and باهاساتايب (the creator/licensor). By downloading, installing, or using our fonts, you agree to these terms.

Simple summary: We are selling you a license to use the font, not the font software itself. We still own the design and the code.

2. What You Can Do (Rights of Use)

When you buy a Standard License, you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the fonts.

  • سطح المكتب: You can install the fonts on your computers to create designs (Logos, Posters, Social Media, PDFs, etc.).
  • الموقع الإلكتروني: You can use the provided webfonts (.woff2) on your website using CSS @font-face.
  • Backup: You can keep a copy of the font files for backup purposes.

Who owns the license?
The license belongs to the person or company استخدام the font. If you are a designer working for a client, the client needs their own license if they want to use the font files themselves or host the webfonts.

3. License Tiers

Your license covers a specific number of Desktop Users و Monthly Web Pageviews as stated in your invoice (e.g., “Standard License – Up to 3 Users”).

  • If you grow and exceed these limits, you must simply pay the difference to upgrade to the next tier.

4. What You Cannot Do (Restrictions)

We want you to create amazing things, but there are a few boundaries:

  1. No Reselling: You cannot sell, rent, lease, or give away the font files to anyone else.
  2. No Modifying: You cannot open the font files in a font editor to change the design or code. (If you need a custom version, ask us!).
  3. No AI Training: You are strictly prohibited from using our fonts to train Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning models.
  4. No Public Hosting: You cannot upload the font files to public GitHub repos or public servers where others can download them easily.

5. Sharing with Others

  • Printers: You can send a PDF with the font “embedded” or text “outlined” to your printer. You should not send them the raw font files unless they have their own license.
  • Developers: You can share files with developers working exclusively on your project, provided they don’t keep the files for other projects.

6. App & eBook Publishing

The Standard License does not cover embedding the font file inside mobile Apps, Games, or eBooks (ePub).

  • What you need: To do this, you must purchase a separate App License أو eBook License. Check our website or invoice for details.

7. Broadcasting & Enterprise

Some high-exposure uses are not covered by Standard or App licenses and require a custom Extended License:

  • Broadcasting: Use in TV, Cinema, or Streaming Services (e.g. Netflix titles).
  • OEM: Embedding in hardware displays (e.g., car dashboards, appliances).
  • Corporate: Global enterprise use exceeding standard tier limits.

8. Warranty & Liability

  • We promise: The font software will work as intended. If it’s broken or doesn’t install, tell us within 14 days, and we will fix it or replace it.
  • We don’t promise: We are not liable if the font causes you to lose money or business (e.g., a typo in a printed brochure). Our liability is limited to the cost of the license.

9. Termination

If you break these rules (e.g., share the font files on a free download site), this agreement ends immediately. You must delete all copies of the font files.

10. Governing Law & Language

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the جمهورية إندونيسيا.
  • Language: This agreement is written in English. If it is translated into another language (like Arabic) and there is a conflict, the English version prevails.

11. Unlicensed Usage & Compliance

Any use of the Font Software without a valid license or outside the scope of the purchased license is not permitted.

  • Resolution: In the event of unlicensed usage, you are required to retroactively purchase the appropriate license that covers your usage context to legitimize your use. We encourage you to be fair and respect our intellectual property.
  • Escalation: Failure to comply or refusal to purchase the necessary license will result in further legal action. In such cases, you may be liable for significantly higher penalties and legal costs.
